Legal
Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of capitalenclaro.com. They are short on purpose, because the site does few things: it publishes educational content and offers a form to write to us.
Who runs the site
Capital en Claro is not a company. It is an independent financial education project run by a single person, who acts under that name and works on their own account from a country in Latin America, outside the European Union. There is no company, no establishment in Spain and no office in the European Union. The contact channel is asistencia@capitalenclaro.com.
We do not publish their full legal name or home address, for personal safety. Their full identification details are available to any authority that requests them and to anyone who needs them to exercise a right or file a complaint: just ask at that address. What we do with the data you send us is explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptance of the terms
By browsing the site or using the form you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, the sensible thing is not to use it. You do not need to sign up or pay to read the content, and there is no user account.
Educational nature of the service
Everything we publish has an educational purpose: to help you understand concepts and ask yourself better questions before you decide with your money. Its limits are set out in the educational notice, which forms part of these terms, is the only source of the site's risk language and prevails in case of doubt.
The educational mentoring
Alongside the free content we offer paid educational mentoring: going through the site's own material with you, explaining the concepts as many times as needed and answering your questions at your own pace. It is teaching about our content, nothing more.
We do not review your accounts, your portfolio or your products, and we do not tell you what to do with your money. Nothing is signed up for or paid for on the site: if you are interested, you write to us and we explain what it involves before you decide.
What we are not
It is worth saying plainly. Capital en Claro is not a regulated financial intermediary. We do not hold or receive anyone's funds. We do not execute orders or transactions of any kind. We do not provide personalised financial advice, portfolio management or investment recommendations on specific products. The educational mentoring is not that either: it is training on our material, not advice.
Capital en Claro is not authorised or registered by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) or the Bank of Spain, and is not supervised by any other financial regulator, in Spain, in the country where the person responsible lives or anywhere else. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting that it is.
If someone contacts you claiming to represent Capital en Claro in order to manage your money, invest for you or ask you for a transfer, it is not true. Write to us at asistencia@capitalenclaro.com and tell us.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise returns or certainty about the future. The examples and figures on the site are illustrative: they explain an idea, they do not anticipate a market. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of your capital.
The decisions you make with your money are yours and your responsibility. Before deciding, consider consulting an authorised professional in your country and checking that any platform or intermediary is regulated.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The texts, design, brand and graphics belong to the person who runs Capital en Claro, or are used under licence. The photographs are public images generated with artificial intelligence using the OpenAI API.
You may read, save and share the content for personal use, and quote it by naming the source and linking to the original page. You may not reproduce it in bulk, sell it, present it as your own or extract it automatically on a large scale. Nor may you interfere with how the site works or access parts that are not public. The form is for writing to us, not for sending advertising or unlawful content.
Limitation of liability
We take care that the content is correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the decisions you make based on what you read here or for indirect damage arising from use of the site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the rights you have as a consumer.
Third-party links
Some pages link to sites we do not control. We link to them because we find them useful, not because we endorse what they publish. When you leave capitalenclaro.com, the terms and privacy policy of the site you arrive at apply, not ours.
Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer, this page takes nothing away from you: you keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts that correspond to you there, whatever these terms say.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when what the site does changes. The version published here when you use the site applies, with its date shown. If the change is significant, we will point it out.
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
